About me
I’m an experienced Counsellor and Supervisor with over 25 years of varied counselling and supervision practice. I am also fully accredited with the Irish Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
Having spent 13 years at the frontline with the HSE, I am more than prepared for the challenges of community and workplace mental health. My principal areas of expertise are:

I am compassionate and non-judgemental and offer a safe space in which you can feel comfortable to speak openly. I can facilitate both Face-to-Face and Online Counselling.
I work with clients from all walks of life and operate a LGBTQIA+ friendly practice.
Exciting news!
I’m expanding my counselling practice to offer more online sessions, while still seeing clients face-to-face one day a week in Dublin city (Fitzwilliam Street).
Online counselling lets you access support from the comfort of home, while face-to-face is available for those who prefer it, especially for initial sessions. Your choice, your pace, your support!
